This Autumn, Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center's Signature's Restaurant invites you on a passionate culinary journey to South America. From 25 August to the end of November, the restaurant will present a unique Argentinean-themed dinner buffet, bringing authentic flavors and a vibrant atmosphere to create a memorable Argentinean night for you.

The centerpiece of this gastronomic adventure is the much-anticipated Asado Grill Station. Our culinary team has delicately selected a selection of Argentina beef cuts, including Argentina Grass-Fed Beef Striploin and Argentina Grass-Fed Beef Tri Tip. The beef is grilled to perfection, boasting a rich aroma and succulent flavor. It is perfectly complemented by classic sauces such as the Classic Chimichurri or Red Chimichurri Rojo, showcasing the true essence of Argentine barbecue.

Beyond the mouth-watering grills, we have prepared a wide range of representative Argentine dishes. Guests can savor authentic Empanadas (Beef Filled Dumpling), the distinct flavor of Vitel Toné (Argentinian Veal & Tuna), as well as hot dishes like Pan-Fried Seabass Fillet with Tomato Corn Salsa and Grated Provolone Cheese with Garlic and Oregano. A variety of appetizers and salads, such as Choripán (Football Hot Dog with Chorizo) and Pasta Salad with Chimichurri, are available to perfectly start your culinary exploration.

To conclude your feast, the Argentinean dessert buffet offers a tempting selection of sweets. Indulge in the iconic Alfajores (Dulce De Leche Cookies), the rich Choco Torta (Chocolate Coffee Cake), and Coconut Creme Caramel (Flan De Coco), providing a perfect and sweet finale to your South American dining experience.

Signature's Restaurant will be transformed with Argentinean-themed decorations, making you feel as though you have been transported to the lively streets of Buenos Aires. As a special highlight, a captivating Argentinean tango performance will take place during the dinner service on select Saturdays, offering a feast for both the eyes and ears.
