Seasonal Burger Vol. 3: Tianjin Jianbing Burger

Our Seasonal Burger series is back, this time with a bold twist on one of North China’s most beloved street food staples: the Tianjin jianbing.

Earlier this summer, we took this burger to Tianjin for a special event, and locals couldn’t get enough. Then we brought it to Shanghai, where it became the most talked-about burger of the night. Now, it’s finally landing at all Slowboat locations in Beijing for the whole month of August.

This edition packs the punch of street food with the quality you expect from Slowboat: a juicy all-beef patty, buttery brioche bun, and our signature Ayi-oli sauce, layered with house-made crispy guozi, jianbing sauce, fried egg, and fresh scallions. It’s a Tianjin classic, remixed.
