#8 Hotpot Restaurant from Chengdu Grand Hyatt is making a guest appearance at Market Café, presenting A Journey of Taste – Chengdu. Chef He personally brings three authentic hotpot flavors: the signature beef tallow spicy, a chicken and mushroom broth, and a savory tomato broth. The hotpot is served in a semi-buffet format, featuring premium beef, lamb, assorted seafood, more than ten types of vegetables and sauces for self-service, complemented by four Sichuan-style cold dishes.

The #8 Hotpot Restaurant has been awarded the Dianping Black Pearl One-Diamond for seven years and selected as a Michelin Guide recommended restaurant for five years, making it one of the most renowned hotpot destinations in Chengdu and across China. From November 3 to 16, Chef He will be in Beijing, offering semi-buffet hotpot Monday to Thursday evenings, while the Market Café will feature a mega buffet, including hotpot, every Friday evening through the weekend.
