The courtyard is based on the direction of creating modern avant-garde fusion music, formed by renowned Chinese musicians Liu Wenxiang (guitar), Ma Ji (bass) and Gu Jiquan (drums). After years of long rehearsals, the band has accumulated and performed a large number of works. The musical form is based on jazz music, with modernity and musical picture sense as the central idea of creativity, incorporating Asian, African and Middle Eastern musical elements and complex rhythmic forms, variable harmony systems and ingenious arrangement methods to create various bold and innovative musical ideas. The name for the triad house is taken from the idea that three feet stand together, without one without another.
