This April, Café Cha presents a seafood festival shaped by the pristine waters of Zhoushan — where every ingredient begins its journey in the open sea. In collaboration with Chinese Executive Chef Jason Zhu from Shangri-La Zhoushan, each dish is a celebration of freshness at its peak. Think delicately steamed catches that retain their natural sweetness, shellfish brimming with ocean brine, and flavours so clean and vibrant they need little more than a touch of heat and a chef’s precision. Here, freshness is not just a promise but also the essence of every bite. The kind you taste instantly, where the flesh is tender, the flavours are bright, and the finish lingers like a sea breeze.
