Jing Sings joins forces with Beersmith Gastropub and Australia’s Little Creatures Brewing for a special event featuring the unique pairing of beer, food, and music. Beersmith’s Brewmaster Tom Ashton and Little Creatures’ Hong Kong Brewmaster Tom Champion are collaborating on a four-course brunch menu, each course paired with one beer from both brewers. Tom and Tom will be on hand to introduce and explain their choices, along with the dish they are designed to complement. Accompanying all of the beer and food is the delightful music of 京Sing (“Jing Sing”), Beijing’s top a cappella singing group.
