I also went there just a few days ago. The place is understaffed, some poor, unqualified gal with no English did her best to accomodate everyone, not an easy task. Cudos to her!
Both the pizzas were absolutely cold when they arrived, which I attribute to the understaffing. These greedy sunsabitchas who run this place are ruining it. Almost 300 kuai for two cold pizzas and a few softdrinks/juices? Thats simply not okay. And the selection of Belgian beers is boring and unfit for pizza.
The only redeeming facts were the hardworking poor Chinese waitress and that you can smoke in there.
These guys are surviving on their reputation!
