Review of Wenyu Nailao
This 10㎡ Beijing cheese place serves fantastic Imperial dairy snacks which is totally different from western cheese. They mix fresh milk with sugar and rice wine, bake them in a wooden cannikin, then cool it down with ice...the whole precess takes 3 hours( that's what I've heard, can't get more details, just use your imagination).
Normally, one cup of those dairy snacks only costs 5 ~ 6rmb. My favorites are ormosia double-layer milk/红豆双皮奶 and oat double-layer milk/燕麦双皮奶 and waxberry tofu/杨梅豆腐.
But there is always a long line outside. It's quite normal if you spend 1 hour waiting in line in summer time.
