Or maybe not. (Don't remember since when I started to judge American restaurants by the standards of lily's, or maybe all restaurants.)
1. Freshness. I thought this was the advantage of this restaurant that is named after it. Veges are no problem. But the bread is like months old, so is the roasted chicken in salad.
2. Taste. I find quite a few items are very hard to chew. Somehow their XXX sandwich(forgot name) tastes like pizza at pizza hut.
3. Size. It looks a bit scary. But as you eat, you realize it's only the container. Which makes it easier to eat though. At Lily's, their containers might be rustic, but they are at least not trying to hide anything.
4. Speed. EF def wins at this point. But I would rather wait a bit longer for my hot, fresh cooked chicken.
5. Decor. I don't care about what other people say. But I think it looks cold.
6. Service. Good. Except my waiter keeps looking at my girl friend when he is bringing things to our table. "hello~ I am here, look at me too please?" I am the one saying 'thank you'!
