Good Food, Bad Service

I had high expectations of this place because I'd heard good things about it and always thought it looked, from the outside, like a nice place. Perhaps we were just there on an off night, but we had pretty terrible service. We ordered an appetizer dish that includes three different types and were only served two (though we complained and were given a refund for the problem). Also, when requesting some tea, my dining partner had to ask the waiters four or five times before they finally brought his drink. Otherwise, everything was OK. The food was pretty good and the menu had enough for everyone (including a number of vegetarian dishes).
