Bellagio is open 24 hours a day and serves up good grub the whole time. First time I went was in the day for a non boozy lunch. The food was great, especially the three cup chicken, when I asked a friend (who is a chef) we were having lunch with about it told me its simple one cup of soy, one cup of xiaoxing and one cup or coke. I've tried multiple times to recreate it at home but been unsuccessful thus far. Also tried the dish at a couple of other places and Bellagio's is still the best. Bellagio also have great shaved ice deserts. Have tried multiple flavors and all have been good, I like the passion fruit one best, my girlfriend raves about the peanut butter one and has never ordered anything but that.
Great for a post bar/club munch too!
