A fantastic dive bar hidden away from the hordes around the lake. Unlike the rest of the lake, Huxley's has character, grit, and color. It's a great place to get blacked for a night of getting lost in the hutongs or swimming in the lake.

But closes at 1:30 AM, and entirely chinese customers?

Otherwise I like the feel of this place, though perhaps be it a remnant of a bygone era. Cheap drinks, sure, and lots of eminemen and lady goo-goo music. Better than other places still I guess if u happen to be in Houhai.

How about you fax that offer to my publicist? And we'll flush it down the toilet in front of you and see if it floats.
