Review of Café Flatwhite
There is a new branch of this cafe in a residential complex behind the Canadian Embassy (entry off Xindong Lu). Tricky to find but worth the effort. Without question they served one of the best coffees I've had in Beijiing... admittedly that's not saying a lot, but Cafe Flat White served a great cup by any standards.
They also served a very tasty and reasonably priced breakfast. Fresh eggs, crispy toast and sides like mushrooms and bacon that only cost RMB 15 each. This allows you to make your breakfast as large or small as you like.
The service was also very good and came with a smile.
Highly recommended, based on my experiences in the new branch.
