Jordan or as I like to call him, Jack Bagelman, makes some of the best bagels I have ever tasted!
Seeing as how he only makes bagels, he makes them very well.
They come in three flavors. All the bagels are lightly toasted. The insides are thick and chewy and the outsides are light and crispy.
Garlic Rosemary:
As you struggle to fit each morsel of rosemary into every bite, the fresh bite of garlic permeates the entire bagel leaving you with a satisfying finish.
Cinnamon Raisin
Every square inch of this bagel has a slight kiss of honey. The choice raisins used by Bagelman are so sweet you swear they are little droplets of honey themselves.
Sesame
Can't go wrong with this classic. The salty, nutty taste of the seeds goes great with the bagel with any kind of spread.
If there are such a thing as gourmet bagels, this is it!
