I had a pulled pork quesadilla (25 RMB, comes with sour cream and salsa) on Saturday night – I was nervous that the food would not come in time before I had to leave my apartment, but the person who took my order graciously made an extra effort for the food to be delivered quickly (he warned me that it would take around 45 minutes, but it came in 20!). I loved the crispy texture of the tortilla (just as it should be!) and the delicious combination of cheddar cheese and vegetables. The pork, though! The pork was wonderful: soft, moist, and flavorful. It had a bit of a spicy kick, which I really enjoyed. With this one very well-made, well-priced, and well-delivered quesadilla in a city or poorly made, poorly priced, and poorly delivered Western food, Home Plate definitely has my loyalty. I’ll be ordering from them again soon.
