Review of
Rooftop was indeed nice, the inner part was ok, but the bartenders charge you as much as they can, i found myself even haggling for me and my friends round.
Even after the haggling, the drinks were very expensive, after experiencing my first haggle on a bar, i regreted it and couldn't enjoy any more :(,I payed drinks to go home, if it wasn't for that i would be probably rating 4/5, but as it is, 1/5 is more than generous
I recomend to go with a sober friend so "stuff" like this doesn't happen

A couple of ideas:
Did you perhaps get overcharged because you were wasted? Maybe you guys bought some drinks for some other people and forgot.
Cheap alcohol is not safe alcohol. If you're looking for 10 yuan mixed drinks go to Pure Girl or some other wannabe bar that serves fake alcohol.
Real alcohol is going to cost you; don't be cheap. You can bargain down at Silk Street but in a bar?!

No, defenitely not the case, we had only a couple drinks before, you could say we were "happy" but really far away from wasted. Thing is, even if your condition is only like that, "happy" they will take the chance, they will get your money, and after that they would say you gave them different amount of money, or nill, or give you whatever they feel for change, or nill.
When I mean bargain it means this:
- "hey, we want 6 Jaguerbombs, how much is it?"
- "400!"
- "400!!!??????"
- "ok ok, 300"
- " I still think 300 is too much, how much is each of the glasses?"
- "ok ok, 290"
- "I said: how much is each of the 6 Jaguerbombs?"
- "290 or nothing"
(Now i regret saying yes to those 290, but as you see is not 10 CNY drinks)
Also, of couse, 290 is not divisible on 6, well, 48.3333333 CNY, but i don't think that's the real price
