Nice if they could cook

I get so frustrated every time I go...the food is never cooked enough.

I had to send back the cottage pie, it had only just left the freezer, and the cheese on top had hardly melted.

Today I tried a Toast Topper, it was barely warm.

Decent properly cooked food would make up for the costly price of a pint of Stella....I'd sooner catch a bus to Wudaokou and get something I can rely on at Helen's....their lasagne comes out steaming every time.
