Went here last night because we had a 50% off coupon from the Little Gold Book.
Food: Very overpriced, but some good choices: rack of lamb, rocket salad, marinated olives, basil ice cream and Sichuan pepper ice cream (all amazing)
Decor: It seems like they were trying for 7 different themes, and kind of missed all of them. For example, the photo of the topless woman was very odd for the setting (we're in Beijing, not Paris).
Service: Servers were polite and punctual.
Also, the restaurant tries to appear classy, but then a few things happened over dinner that were more characteristic of a diner. For example, they only gave us one food menu to look at, and they didn't have enough condiments, so they kept taking it from our table to give to others. Not a big deal, but definitely noticeable.
All in all, the 50% off wasn't enough to balance the small portions. I'd only go back if I had about a 70% off coupon.
