Very satisfying place to get some quick food

Clean. Fast. Delicious. Satiating. I normally get the chicken tenders, philly cheese wrap, chicken wrap, spicy chicken burger, lobster roll, or the fries and I really like the value and it tastes like American food (which I didn't think I'd miss until I lived in Beijing for a year). I live near this location so it's easy for me to decide where to go if I need a quick, cheap meal to fill me up if I don't feel like preparing a meal.

Oh, and their breakfast sandwich has a real, fresh egg in it! Wonderful.

Nathan's is a nice break from the other restaurant options in the area. Free wi-fi and comfortable environment I like to spend time there and do some work, too.

@bottle-o - These are not "mysterious" reviewers, they are our regular customers at Nathan's who are kind enough to take time out of their day to write an honest review of us. Most of these reviewers, I've personally met at Nathan's and gave such positive feedback, I asked them to help us to write a review on theBeijinger because this is a very popular site. As I am in the restaurant most days, I meet plenty of people. Not every one will remember to write a review, but it's not fair to those who did to accuse them of being fake just because they are not "active" enough on this site. These reviews are certainly not written by myself or anyone associated with Nathan's. They did both Nathan's and myself a favor and I am forever grateful to them. If anything, I wish @Porter was not scared to write a positive review for HolyFries. People should not feel bullied into hiding their support for the restaurants they choose to frequent.

We care about customer feedback, which is why I contacted you directly as well when I first saw your negative experience a few months ago. I would really appreciate it if you could please stop with the accusations as they are untrue and it actually makes me sad that you are accusing all the people who support us.

So explain then why the people who posted one review, gave you 5 stars then vanished... decided to come back the day you, personally saw that the readers of this site are not stupid and can smell fake reviews a mile away... and immediately posted several reviews each, in succession to get their post numbers up and make them look less suspicious?

Maybe you should just stay away from the internet and let your crappy restaurant do the talking for itself.

Seriously though, at one point there were only negative reviews on this site, the first 3 were all one and 2 star reviews, this is a view which is shared by everyone I have ever known who has eaten at Nathan's.

Suddenly, once or twice a week a new person would join this site just to give 5 stars, write a clinical review of this place and then vanish never to be heard from again. At one point there were 7 reviews in quick succession with 1 post/5 stars. This is something that never happens on this site or any other. Look at other popular restaurants and see how much more realistic and varied the reviews are.

So then... Kristen Slum comes back to the site, notices that everyone is jumping on her fake reviews and defends them with arguments like "I met that Phoebe girl who reviewed us, we are both from LA so I guess we have the same writing style but she is not me!"

Then that night, all of the mysterious 1 post/5 star reviewers come back to post 5 or 6 reviews in a row of other venues so that they don't seem suspicious.

I have been reading this site for years and never felt the need to post anything or get involved but decided to start writing restaurant reviews. It pissed me off to see real reviews by people who have earned their place on this site as a genuine member of the drinking/dining community being pushed to the last page by endless fake reviews by people who don't understand marketing.

I am glad posters on this site, who spend a lot of time here are calling out obviously fake reviews, it keeps things fair, it's obvious there are no moderators on this site so someone has to do it.

You dumbfcuk..they don't cook and freeze round egg patties. Did you ever think they have a cooking mold to make the perfect shape eggs? You can even buy one yourself if you could just be slightly sharper...not holding my breath though.
