will NOT be going back again!! Highly disappointed. ..

I went to the vineyard cafe last night and brought along three friends as it was one of their birthdays. A friend of mine recommended this restaurant to me as the owner is a friend of his. To cut a long story short this restaurant was terrible. Especially as the night before I had dinner at SALT Restaurant which for me is one of the best restaurants in beijing for food and service. The service at vineyard was non existent. I made a booking for 8 and we were made to wait 20 mins for our BOOKED table. The food was not garnished the risotto was salty the lasagna tasted like the sauce came straight from a bottle. The pizza to be fair was not bad. When we asked the Waiter what was in the seafood spaghetti he replied "I dont know" and never bothered to find out either. No water was served and you had to constantly ask for it during the course of the night. Ill never come here again and I will actively tell all my friends to do the same. If you're looking for a real restaurant with amazing FOOD and perfect restaurant SERVICE or any service for that matter try SALT you ll love it.
