Frank's Place Sucks

This place is TERRIBLE! First, it is not in any way associated with the original owner, Frank. Now it is owned by something like 5 foreigners who are just in it for the money. and take no part in the management. Prices are crazy expensive. Service is TERRIBLE. Plus they have no foreigners management and no management to speak of. The Chinese wife of one of the British owners is supposed to be the manager, but in typical low class British fashion he married some low class young Chinese girl.

So they get the order wrong and my guest sends the food back. We want to change the order but the waiter who speaks very poor English says we must pay regardless so I ask for the manager. Out comes the 20 something Chinese wife to the British partner who says regardless we must pay. I say "Hey, you're pretending to be an American establishment in Beijing. This was your mistake, we should not be charged." Her response: "This is China!"

I used to go to the original Frank's Place by the City Hotel. NEVER go here. Really. Piss poor service.
