I recently had a couple of treatments here. The first was to finish a root canal I started in the States. The same dentist in the States had also given me a filling. Dr. Wu removed he temporary filing on the root canal and replaced it with a permanenet cap. I was also having problems with the filing I had done in the States. At first she couldn't figure out what the problem was because the X-Rays were negative and nothing looked wrong to the naked eye. She said it could be one of the three things - an internal fracture, it needed a root canal, or gum disease. We started with the cheapest treatment first - gum disease, but that didn't help. When she removed the filing she actually said in Chinese "that's impossible" or 不可能。 The previous dentist had not gotten rid of all the decay and as she showed me with a mirror, you could still see some black decay underneath where the filing was. That's why I was in pain. So she got rid of the decay and put on a new filing, which was a lot cheaper than if I had needed a root canal or if it had been an internal fracture. She was both professional and very sympthetic the whole time. They have an assistant gently pat you on the shoulder when they're drilling. All in all I was very satisifed and I really trust her. I think they give her to all the English speaking clients. Highly recommended.
