I've been coming here for about a year now and this is one of my favorite hideouts in gulou and has become out default "date night" venue in Beijing.
Tasteful decoration: check
great food without the MSG: check
Interesting drinks: Check
I'm a not sure i can compare their fare to that of other korean restaurants but i'm happy with what i get here and considering the care that goes into selecting the ingredients, i believe it's a great value, especially on the bebimbaps. The seafood noodles are another must have and have yet to find something similar elsewhere.
They could use a bit of help with their drink: Charging 50 CNY for a G&T in that area is a bit too much, especially if i don't taste the gin in it. The Korean cocktails are fun to have but do get repetitive and they are not to everyone's taste. Still, they are a restaurant and they are doing that well.
