Completely mediocre

I had the tofu burger. The flavour was good, but though it was completely burned on the outside it was soggy on the inside and disintegrated as soon as it was touched.

My friend had the Big Ben, he said it was "more bun than burger" and the flavour was nothing special.

The fries were so dry and dusty they were difficult to eat (as others have noted; are you paying attention to all those leftover fries Katchup?).

Then at the end there was an awkward 10 minutes while they tried to get their credit/debit card machine to work. If you're forced to go here, take cash or pay by WeChat if you don't want to hang around.

We were the only people there so at least we didn't have to wait long for our food.

Extremely disappointed given the mostly good reviews here.
