I was previosly a student at the Hutong School and my hours were transfered to That's Mandarin when the Hutong School closed up shop. I've taken an intro class and 2 full classes so far. The two teachers I've worked with, Momo and Li laoshi, are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They appropriately assessed my chinese level and are mindful in what areas I am improving in and what areas need work. The school uses an excellent online service called Nihaocafe.com that holds all the content from your classes, supplies review words and sentences, videos, listening questionaires, and more. I am still finding new functions in the platform. The 1-on-1 classes are held in private rooms with plenty of natural lighting and a giant screen to show the lesson. Couldn't be more inspired and happier!
