Maru

After the closure of One Pot (former Ssam) at Sanlitun Soho, Korean chef Andrew Ahn brings his creative modern Korean cuisines to Hopson One. The menu focuses on classic Korean cuisines such as kim bap (Korean seaweed roll), jjigae (kimchi stew), naengmyeon (Korean cold noodles, and jajangmyeon (Korean-style soy paste noodles), jeon (Korean-style pancake), as well as some creative dishes, including quinoa & shrimp salad, Maru special garden salad, Maru special grilled pork entrails (RMB 78).

Sulyi

Opposite to all-time occupied Taiwanese hot pot Coucou, Sulyi has a modern and chic décor with grey tiles and shining not tacky lightbox “Sulyi” on the walls.

The menu is relatively simple, focusing on pots, prices are not too cheap, ranging RMB 128-168 for small, and RMB 168-268 for large.
