In the spirit cross cultural family unity Feast will be putting a Polish food week. For one week only from 18 July – 22 July Feast will be serving up some traditional Polish dishes with dishes courtesy of our trainee Paulina Lukaszewska.

“I left my hometown 8 years ago to pursue my dream of traveling and a career in hospitality. It has taken me on an amazing journey but in my heart I will always miss Poland. I take every opportunity I can to share my love for Poland, its beauty, history, traditions, and of course food with everyone I meet. I’m so grateful to Feast for giving me the opportunity to train here and to share my recipes. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do. Scmcznego!” – Paulina Lukaszewska

Available as a 2-course (¥128*) or 3-course (¥158*) lunch including buffet-style starters and desserts from the Food Market. For dinner, try out some new dishes from the 2-course menu for ¥188* inclusive of a shot of Zubroska vodka with apple juice.

Whether you’re familiar with Polish cuisine or getting introduced to it for the first time, the Polish Food Week menu has something for everyone. Try Paulina’s mom’s recipe for Placek Ziemniaczany z Duszonymi Grzybami (potato pancakes with stewed mushroom) that she made for the family every Sunday morning, Pstrag w Smietanie (seared trout with cream and served with baby potatoes and haricot verts), option of vegetarian or pork Golabki (cabbage leaves stuffed with lentils or pork in tomato sauce), and the family favourite of Kaczka z Jablkami (roasted duck with apples, served with caramelized apples and roast potatoes).
