Dear AOTU friends! Great thanks for 2 years' supporting , we are exciting to invite you to join our 2nd birthday party on 26th November. Three group of artists will give a live performance for whole night, including the most popular band around the town THE RADIANCE, talented spanish visual artist Depth of Field, amazing dancers from Ms.Uptown...and more update in the coming days!

THE RADIANCE | 光辐射乐队

THE RADIANCE band, formed in Beijing in 2015 by singer/songwriter Miranda Vukasovic, creates music through a kaleidoscope of fragile emotions, including art and visual projects into the performances. THE RADIANCE released their first LP at the Forbidden City Studio.

DoF/Depth of Field

DoF/Depth of Field is the nom de guerre of Spanish eclectic artist Sergio Fernandez. His education spectrum stretches across Computer programming, Film theory, Graphic Design and Photography. Rooted in Barcelona's DIY underground culture, he travelled and worked all across Asia for more than two years and now lives in Beijing. Currently exploring the tangent roads that link sound and visual experiences, is collaborating with various musicians and performing VJ Live sets in Psytrance, and D'n'B gigs with local and international artists around China.

Ms.Uptown

Ms. Uptown's contemporary all female studio offers an open gym and classes tailored to the needs of women. Membership at our gym allows you unlimited access to our open gym area and classes, including energetic yoga, dance (jazz funk, urban, kpop) and functional training.

About AOTU Studio

AOTU studio is an art space/hair salon combined with a bar and a rooftop terrace. Located along a small hutong alley in the center of Beijing, it is a platform for interdisciplinary projects, emerging artists and international collaborations. The philosophy of the studio is to be a multifunctional space for exhibitions, conferences, screenings, workshops, experimental music concert, meetings, presentations. On top of that, AOTU also has a beautiful rooftop overviewing the well-preserved Beijing ancient residences where you can enjoy homemade tapas with classic Italian beverages to find new inspiration.
