The NCPA screens a production of Tchaikovsky’s opera Iolanta by the St. Petersburg Mariinsky Theatre. The story follows Iolanta, a blind princess who, on her father’s orders, has never been made aware of her own disability. The story begins when she falls in love with the handsome Count Vaudémont. Anna Netrebko, Sergei Aleksashkin, and Sergei Skorokhodov are featured.
