The International Center for Veterinary Services (ICVS) presents a workshop on Trap-Neuter-Releases, the most humane and effective method available to end the severe feral and stray cat overpopulation crisis in Beijing. The training is intended to create a community of volunteers able to assist in ICVS’s mass trappings. ICVS TNR workshops and animal welfare programs are recognized by multiple international humane societies, and have a positive impact on both the lives of cats and birds.
