In the peak of Beijing's unbelievably hot summer, we though it could be the right time to launch a new summer menu and make you forget all about that waimai and go out for a good, tasty meal!

Starting this Saturday, July 22nd, experience authentic German cuisine right in the heart of Beijing! Sharing his culinary skills with Café Zarah is Adam Puetzfeld, the Executive Sous Chef of Brotzeit, our go-to spot for the flavors of German cuisine here in Beijing.

This Saturday at the menu launch party, we'll start at 6pm and keep the kitchen open until 11pm, so skip your dinner and come try the new menu! Our "German Summer" will satisfy all your cravings, offering a wide variety of dishes, from light salad options for vegetarians to delicious marinated pork steak and grilled sea bass! Another favorite would be the very tasty New Zealand mussels in white wine sauce! And to anyone with a sweet tooth, we recommend trying the delicious Sahne Crème - cooked cream with strawberry ragout.

But the good news doesn't end here - during the menu launch party, we will be giving free Jaegermeister shots to anyone who orders from the new German summer menu! Prost to that!

As always, we'll make sure there's good music to dance to throughout the evening, with live DJs behind the decks creating a good ambience with positive vibes until the late hours of the night.
