ICVS clients receive unlimited, complimentary import and export counseling from our pet relocation experts. Our mission is to help pet owners keep the whole family and pets together when it is time to depart!

If you are heading to European Union and other strict rabies control countries, ICVS offers the fastest and most affordable rabies antibody titre testing service. European Union countries recognize the rabies antibody titre test as valid for the life of the dog or cat so long as the pet is rabies vaccinated annually before expiration date of the last vaccination. From the date of the microchip insertion and rabies vaccination, it takes a minimum of 120 days before your pet may enter the EU. Having the rabies antibody titre test completed well before your departure year will help you avoid delays should you need to depart earlier than planned.

ICVS provides guidance on import/export requirements for USA, Canada and all countries with special support for strict quarantine control destinations including the European Union, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and more! Our pet relocation experts will help you navigate winter and summer blackout restrictions on pet travel and recommend the most reputable airlines.

Pet owners coming from other cities and provinces who will exit China from Beijing:
The Beijing Quarantine Bureau now requires pets to be rabies vaccinated at an officially designated animal vaccination hospital in Beijing before the pet may undergo the exit health examination in Beijing. Please contact ICVS immediately if your pet’s vaccinations were from outside of Beijing but will be undergoing the mandatory international exit health examination at the Beijing Quarantine Bureau at 10-12 days before departure.

City Weekend Magazine says:

"This extraordinarily informative discussion will help you take Fluffy home with the least amount of hassle possible. The ICVS staff are well-versed in international quarantine laws and also the Chinese pet vaccination and veterinary system. If you're planning on leaving sometime this year, this is a must-attend event."
