CHEF’S TABLE ROUND 2

After a few months’ long break, our dining project - Chef’s Table - is back for round two and things are about to get very exciting.

To refresh your memory, Chef’s Table aims to present home cooks and their passion for gourmet food (and drinks) and then have them to cook for a limited number of guests. Whether showing off their signature dishes or cooking home-style comfort food, our home cooks strive to bring to your unique dishes that you probably won’t find anywhere in Beijing.

Last round we served a Mediterranean inspired vegan dinner that featured a plethora of mouth-watering and guilt-free dishes. This round, it’s time for an authentic and rustic Italian fare prepared by Chiara Ye, a renowned Beijing food photographer.

Having lived most of her life in Italy, Chiara graduated from a number of art schools in Parma, Milan and Beijing. Her inquisitive eye and a fashion-approach in food photography have made it possible for her to successfully work with many F&B businesses in Beijing.

We have worked closely with Chiara to develop this Rustic Italian Dinner that consists of four courses and is to showcase the best of northern Italian cuisine.
