Enjoy a Gourmet Journey with 2- Michelin Starred Chef at Cépe
From March 21st to March 24 th, The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street presents the most exciting dining event in the city, a gourmet feast featuring 2- Michelin Starred Guest Chef Mr. Giuseppe Mancino. He will be coming to to Cépe to indulge local gastronomes with her creativity and Italian cooking philosophy. This March, embark on an authentic Italian culinary journey at Cépe.
Giuseppe Mancino was born in Sarno (Sa) in 1981 and, having graduated from the Salerno Hotel School, started working in prestigious hotels and restaurants before joining the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte in 2005 as executive chef of the “Il Piccolo Principe” restaurant.
Under Giuseppe the restaurant has picked up many accolades and now features in the most prestigious guides including the Gambero Rosso and the Espresso. Then, in November 2008 and in November 2014, the restaurant was awarded with its first and second Michelin star.
Giuseppe, who loves creative cuisines, is also a devotee of the classical school which does not alter the flavours of foods. Professionally speaking his inspiration is Alain Ducasse, and he aspires to one day having the humility and preparation of the great French chef.
The menu tailor-made for Cépe reflects his cooking philosophy of instinct, passion and respect for nature and the ingredients.
CHIC is chef and restaurant community, well known in the market, included many Michelin star chef and well-connected in Italy and abroad, Pino Lavarra from The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is also part of the associate.
