The NCPA brings this Islamic legend to life for kids and families. Afanti is the embodiment of wisdom; he’s full of compassion for the poor and scoffs at the greedy, cunning and mercenary. Like Robin Hood, he’s out to right wrongs and stick up for the little guy. This is a great way to introduce kids to the opera.
