When considering starting a company in Beijing, foreigners are presented with a variety of options. One of the most attractive and simple choices is finding a Chinese partner and setting up a Joint Venture.
But what are the actual steps you need to go through to set up this kind of company? What kind of money will you need to invest and how long will set up take? And what are the potential risks and rewards of setting up a company like this?
To learn the answers to these questions and a whole lot more, join Cultural Keys on Thurdsay November 16th at Sanlitun SOHO and learn from the experts!
This lecture will be given by Danny Yang, Senior Consultant at Bison & Chang, a dual-language accounting, taxation and business advisory firm based in Beijing and Hong Kong that has already helped a multitude of expats kick-start their business dreams through their provision of affordable, efficient and straight-talking services.
More information about Bison & Chang can be found at www.bisonchang.com.
These lectures are an hour long, followed by a 30 minute Q+A session, and then the opportunity for anyone who wishes to introduce themselves and their proposed business to take the stage for 3 minutes to find possible partners and/or source assistance. After each event, participants will be welcome to stay around and network.
