This Halloween, Opera Bombana has put together a pumpkin-themed degustation menu so you can celebrate the holiday in style. The menu starts with an Opera Bombana classic, king crab salad with avocado and beluga caviar. Then, you may be surprised to find that the star of the meal is a simple pumpkin soup, although those that know Opera will know that the reality is anything but simple; served in an individual hollowed-out pumpkin, the silky smooth soup is topped with a Japanese confit egg and almond crumble. The menu continues with a pumpkin-filled pasta and a prime cut of wagyu beef accompanied by pumpkin puree, before finishing with a selection of pumpkin-flavored desserts. 

The pumpkin degustation menu is only available at lunch and dinner on October 31, so be sure to reserve your place.
