Hayze

Hayze, (formerly known as Haze) is Malaysia’s biggest electronic music export, a visionary Singer-Songwriter, Producer, Musician, Performer and DJ. Hayze has been a constant and consistent presence in the dance music underground for almost 20 years.

Scene defining and constantly evolving with the times, Hayze’s résumé reads like a who’s who of House Music royalty.

‘Around’ was one of his biggest releases with production partner Noir from Denmark. The Solomon remix hit more than 35 million views on You Tube and was named ‘Top 50 Dance Tracks of All Time’ by MixMag UK. Gracing more DJ boxes than we’ve got space to name, this trend of success continued long into 2012 when Defected re-released it with a slew of remixes from the likes of Rudimental, Habischam and Murk.

Tracks like ‘Around’ ‘Freak’ ‘Changes’ ‘Dreams’ ‘Thru’ all received anthem status in the underground world of house music making Hayze synonymous with delivering quality work with impactful vocals and lyrics that stand the test of time are cemented as classics.

His release 'Angel' with Noir was released on March 17th 2014 on Noir Music. The record went #1 on Beatport Tech House Charts just one week shy of its release. His latest remix of Eagles & Butterflies feat Judge 'L.O.V.E.' on Noir Music came out strong with Hayze showcasing his remix skills and going #14 on the Beatport electronica charts.

Hayze released his solo single 'Brighter Days' on the credible Noir Music Imprint early this year with rave reviews from the industry. His follow up single 'Believer' has just been released on the 24th of October, again on Noir Music.

2016, has also seen Hayze playing at some of the biggest festivals in the world like Awakenings and Straf_Werk in the Netherlands. He is also seen being actively performing in his hometown Kuala Lumpur as he has secured some residencies in some of KL’s respected establishments.

An album project and a major touring schedule is on his radar now. With so much support and love from some of underground’s most elite, Hayze continues to connect through his music.
