From January 22nd to 28th the renowned Korean restaurant "Dubujib" will take over one Migas Mercado “paradeta”, serving for seven days four delicious Korean barbeque dishes! At Dubujib, chef marinate the meat into soy or chili sauce for several hours before grilling it, this process gives the meat a much more intense flavor. Korean call this tasty marinated barbecue dishes "Bulgogi".

For these conditions Dubujib will cook their traditional dishes in our Josper Charcoal oven, giving a extra smoky taste to the dishes. Your order will leave the grill of the oven and arrive to your plate still getting cooked, so hot, with that mouthwatering babbling sounds.

Dubujib will prepare four different "Bulgogi" barbeque dishes: Bulgogi beef, Bulgogi pork belly (ñam!), Bulgogi chicken and Bulgogi mackerel. These Korean delights, these delicious grilled barbecue dishes will served as tapas at Migas Mercado so you can order with some Migas classics or just make your lunch or dinner completely Korean this time!
