After having survived Beijing’s (so far) coldest day, we thought it’s the right time to pamper ourselves with something delicious & cozy, bubbling & ‘cheesy’, traditional & hip… You guessed it：Zarah’s famous Cheese Fondue is back! Cheese Fondue is THE Swiss tradition originated in the Alps which simply means “dip-bits-of-food-in-a-communal-pot” similar to Chinese hotpot! But the pot at Zarah is filled with two kinds of melted, bubbling Swiss cheese which comes with a variety of delicious dippers such as crunchy cubes of bread, a plate of healthy vegetables, a mixed side of cornichons, pearl onions and cocktail tomatoes as well as with a bowl of pineapple to dip into the ceramic pot which will be available from 19.01.2018 – 10.02.2018 every Friday + Saturday from 6pm onwards for a month!
