A Maternal Meditation

to Cradle Your Body, Mind, Spirit

To honour motherhood is to recognize and celebrate its beauty and vastness. To give life to another and to ones-self. A Mindful Mother is a woman who desires fullness, grounding, and expression. The Mindful Mother meditation series are three maternal meditations that focus on rejuvenating the womans body, mind and spirit. To discover more than we experience every day, as we answer the call to bring forth life, let us respond by renewing our life source from within.

If you are a first-time expecting mother or a mother of many years, it is essential to maintain our energy and life balance. Gift yourself with the time to renew your body, mind and spirit. Join the community of mothers who desire to renew their life source from within.

Body

The body is a vessel of life, though we are more then the body that we inhabit. Our unique vessel breaths in air to carry life to all parts of our being. This vessel has created and carried life into the world, as a force of nature. Women have the power to form life within, as all that we are concentrates on this heartbeat, the consciousness of our physical and spiritual womb.

Mind

Our mind is everywhere. The mind guides our beliefs and perceptions in who we are and who we desire to become, as a mother and as a woman. As we evolve, our mind evolves. As a mother, our thoughts encompass the complexity of life. Meditating centers our minds to find space and balance for all. To quiet our thoughts so that we can hear our inner voice of calm and serenity and have a more holistic image of self. Expanding consciousness to have a deeper understanding of our truth and reality.

Spirit

Our spirit moves with us. Bringing a higher awareness of self and who we desire to be. Our maternal spirit pours out us from our thoughts, movements, our everyday being. Where is the source of our Spirit? To connect with the mothers that have come before us and the mothers that are to come. The silence of the womb is enveloped by light that visits our consciousness and our spirit, as it resides in every one of our cells.
