Startup Grind Beijing once again brings you an exciting and inspiring Founders Lunch. Hosted by Sotiris, an entrepreneur who holds a Ph.D. in Automation and Robotics from Tsinghua University. Sotiris has worked as a robotics perception engineer and project manager in the robotics industry for more than 5 years and is the co-founder/CEO of MENATHLON S.A. in Athens, Greece. In 2018 he founded Popular Robotics in Beijing, a robotics company, incubated at Tsinghua X-Lab, aiming to make robotics and AI accessible to everyone through education and social networking. At this small-group, interactive session during lunch, Sotiris will be sharing his insights about how to motivate and reward employees with stock options and other incentives, and lead discussions about avoiding common mistakes, best practices, and other valuable insights.
