We from BActive want to salute  every mother. For a mother, from the moment of conception, the body undergoes profound changes both mentally and physically. This leads to changes in posture that remain/ if no strong post-partum correction or external post-natal post-natal postural intervention is done. With correct exercise method, the issue can be rectified. We will teach you how!


Courses include:
1. Assessment, treatment and prevention of common musculoskeletal problems:
Trunk: Sacroiliac joint disorders, lower back pain, separation of symphysis pubis, separation of the rectus abdominalis, spine, etc
Upper limbs: shoulder strap, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc
Lower limbs: heel pain, piriformis syndrome, hallux valgus, etc., of the thumb

The class will be offered at BActive Sanlitun FREE as a tribute to all the great mothers who go through pain to bring new life into the world. We will follow the class with a group lunch at TRIBE restaurant (discounted for mothers).
