Swangsong Trio is centered on European melodies. An unusual combination of electric bass and acoustic piano in contemporary jazz gives the show a balanced blend of mainstream, European jazz sounds and jazz-rock rhythms. The band also tried to incorporate rock, electronic and Latin styles into their performances. The strong sense of punctuation and adventure records the musical collision and deep friendship between the three international musicians in Swansong.
