We've lived in the neighborhood around Vineyard for about five years and it used to be a favorite spot for brunch or to meet friends for lunch/dinner. Unfortunately, the service problems (admittedly never a strong point of the place) have caught up with them. At the prices being charged, one expects a bit more. There are simply too many other options in Beijing to have to wait 15-20 minutes to get noticed so that you can order or to get the check. They often seem understaffed and so busy times like brunch can easily overwhelm the troops. The place still has great potential but is in need of a turnaround.
