This dark shoebox of a club is probably my least favorite bar/club in Beijing. I would not say this lightly. Stepping into the cavernous confines of the club's "dancefloor", I can almost smell the STDs in the air. Raging dickheads waddle through the throngs of students, parting the human seas to reach the bar, where they can purchase another cheap glass of death booze with which to fortify themselves for a night of creepster-ing and generally being an a-hole. Did I mention that I don't like the clientele? Anyway, if you're on a budget and like hearing the same ten or fifteen songs played in a row, I suppose Propaganda is the place for you.
