So I was at Hooters at Thanksgiving, just because:
1. I've never been there
2. They had food at a 50% discount
As their ad on the web said, it was only applicable for food over 120 Kuai. So far, so good, we were 3 people and this should not have been a problem. We specifically asked our waitres ("Elaine") and there was no problem with this. Food was OK - good, Wings were really good. Their price tag on a coke seems to b really hefty, but you get something like 0,75l or even more. OK, so we wanna pay and we don't get the discount, because all of a sudden it's 120 Kuai...per person...WTF? So we ask for the store manager, he comes to our table and we explain that in the ad it doesn't say per person. He stays very clam and friendly and says he needs to check that. 5 minutes later we get the discounted bill. Fine service, thumbs up for that. One thing I didn't like at all: 10% service charge is only readable on the very bottom of the menu, none of us saw it. All in all: Overpriced if there is no discount, otherwiese: Go for it, nice exception to the normal chinese food.
