Decent food doesn't make it worth the service

Went there for dinner tonight. I enjoyed the food, but this isn't a review of the food. After they brought the dishes, the waiter didn't come back once to see if we needed anything or refills on drinks. I had to go find someone to get the bill, and I found the manager playing solitare on a computer and the servers sitting around a table playing with their cell phones.

I gave it two stars because the food was solid, but with so many good places to eat in Beijing, I probably won't go back.
