Just back from another great nice and great dinner at Terra.
My husband had the set dinner - his Lomo saltaldo Causa (that I stoal a bite from) was rich and deilicious. I decided to chose from the a Lacarte menu and went for salmon Ceviche, oh lala! fresh, citrusey, lovely presented.
For appetizers my husband chose the catch of the day that was piled high with seafood and had a tasty and a little spicy broth. It was nicely balanced and the waiteress suggested a very nice NZ wine to match.
I tried the scallop causa. this may be the best thing I have eaten in Beijing. It is a very traditional dish from Peru that I have visited a lot of times. It is creamy mash potato topped with vegetables in a tasty sauce and with scallops and some decoration that I don't know the name but tasted good.
After that I didnt want to change the taste in my mouth but my husband just had to order the churros.
Hot donut stripes with cinnamon and sugar and hot dark chocolate to dip. I recommend this a lot.
The value is good also. the three course dinner was 198 kuai and my dishes were just around 68 each so for less than 10 Euros I think this is amazing and better than many cheap places who sell pizza and burgers for more money.
Also the lady who is owning the place is named Gaby. She made our night a very special one and there was a nice feeling from the staff and other costumers.
