Hulu by TRB is spotlighting Portuguese wines for their Wednesday Wine Day series. The four (4) wines will be from three vineyards and highlights their best varieties - Patria Vinho Verde (white), Quintas de Borba Branco (white), Quintas de Borba Tinto (red) and Monsaraz Reserva (red).

As always, the modern European cuisine will be served sharing style: foie gras on toast, iberico ham croquettes, gravlax, cucumber salmon, steak tartare, chef's salad, garlic prawns, mushroom risotto, chorizo pasta, potato short ribs, mini truffle burgers, fries, mango cake and peanut cake.

Hulu by TRB is spotlighting Argentinian wines for their Wednesday Wine Day series. The four (4) wines will be from Dugladze vineyard and highlights four of their best varieties - Tvishi (white), Tsinandali (white), Kindzmarauli (red) and Mukuzani (red).

As always, the modern European cuisine will be served sharing style: pate on toast, sweet potato croquettes, gravlax, cucumber salmon, steak tartare, chef's salad, garlic prawns, mushroom risotto, chorizo pasta, mashed potato, mini pork burgers, sweet potato fries, mango cake and basil cake.

As always, the modern European cuisine will be served sharing style: pate on toast, iberico ham croquettes, gravlax, cucumber salmon, steak tartare, prawn arugula salad, pork neck, squid ink risotto, chorizo pasta, mashed potato, mini beef burger, fries, warm chocolate cake and peanut cake.

Explore the new Beijing Expo parkland for Shanxi Day (Sunday), entertainment, cocktail party and meet the vice governor! Win tickets for two to Pingyao, while helping deserving orphaned and disabled children. A photo competition in the morning, discover the Shanxi origin or paper cuting, shadow plays and delcious sliced noodles in the afternoon!

The the new gardens are of astounding design, with pavillions from various provinces and many countries. You'll be free to explore for hours and maybe you can make it into the photo competition.

For more time, we have an early bus as 9am, and a later one. It's free transport to and from the Expo from Beijing. A free choice of picnic or restaurant lunch.

At 3pm we meet the Vice Governor of Shanxi province and a successful inventor in his own right, the honourable He Tiancai.

Our day finishes with an entertainment program and lavish cocktail party before going home. We aim to make the day full of exciting choices, to have lifelong memories, experiencing the best of China.

That’s not all! Shanxi province is donating big prizes for a charity raffle. All proceeds plus 40 RMB from every attendee will go to the Taiyuan Children's Welfare Institute in Shanxi Province, helping orphanages with their basic needs. Join in with a big heart for all the kids!

The Art Cut is a personalised creation from Wang Zhenhua who has 20 years of experience in paper cuts, for which Shanxi Province is renowned. He is vice president of Shanxi paper-cut folk artist association, member of Taiyuan artist association and member of Taiyuan folk art ensemble.
